What will you do?
The Quality Assurance function operates with a management mandate, providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services to assist businesses in enhancing the overall operational governance, quality, and service standards.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance function that operates with a management mandate, providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services to assist businesses in enhancing the overall operational governance, quality, and service standards. We are looking for a highly professional and driven individual to assume this role reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.

What will make you successful in this role?

Capabilities And Understanding

  • Internal Auditing Diploma or relevant Risk Management degree essential
  • Exposure to a Quality Assurance and/or Internal Audit environment
  • Underwriting, premium collection, and claims business experience
  • Understanding the regulatory and business environment of the short term Insurance Industry
  • IT Governance, Data Analytics, and Information System Audit Valid driver’s license (able to do domestic travel)

Abilities And Knowledge

  • Insurance regulation
  • Project and Risk assurance management Data Analytics and Information Security Ability to design, document, and perform risk-based audits
  • Good knowledge of the business and the ability to evaluate risks
  • Ability to take a holistic view of the organization in determining and positioning compliance risks
  • Ability to identify strategic issues through critical reasoning
  • Ability to effectively influence across all relevant levels within the business unit, including senior and middle business management.

Qualification And Experience
Diploma with 4 to 6 years experience or Grade 12 with 6 to 8 years related experience.
